For orders to North America and UAE, there is a flat shipping fee of $35 for all orders.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

Currently, we do not offer free shipping. However, we strive to keep our shipping fees as affordable as possible for our customers.

At the moment, we only ship to North America and UAE.

We are not processing refunds at this time. However, we do offer exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for more information.

In the case of an exchange, the customer will be required to bear the shipping costs for returning the product. Once the product is received by us, a store credit will be issued to the customer, minus any return shipping fees incurred.

We allow a 24-hour cancellation window. Beyond that, we are unable to cancel orders.
