Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeline:
- The typical production or processing time for products is mentioned in the product description. For orders with multiple items, we add 5 days to the longest processing time, totaling approximately 15 days on average.
- International shipments to North America and UAE typically take 7-10 business days to reach customers after being shipped.
Working Days:
- Weekends and public holidays are not considered working days for processing and shipping orders.
Order Acceptance:
- The delivery timeline officially begins 24 hours after the order has been placed on the website.
Shipping Availability:
- Shipping is currently only offered to North America and UAE.
Shipping Fees:
- For orders to North America and UAE, there is a flat shipping fee of $35 for all orders.
Shipping Partners:
- We use trusted shipping partners such as FedEx, DHL, and others to ensure quick and secure delivery of your orders.
Address Accuracy:
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. The Khoj Shop is not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
International Duties and Taxes:
- International duties and custom taxes are not included in the shipping charges. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery. Non-acceptance of orders due to customs tax or import duty is not the responsibility of The Khoj Shop, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
Carbon Footprint:
- We strive to consolidate orders and ship them together to minimize our carbon footprint. On average, each international shipment by air freight contributes approximately 5,000 kilograms of CO2 emissions.
